  • Check toilets. Inspect for loose handles, flushing issues, or running water. Adjust as needed.

  • Replace air filters every 30 days. Inspect the a/c unit for leaking, ice, or buildup and report for repairs.

  • Inspect the ice maker/freezer and clean it as needed. Report any leaking, freezing up, or filters needed for repair.

  • Report any holes, mold, or damages for repair.

  • Tighten any loose knobs on doors, hinges, cabinets, drawers, furniture, closets, etc. as needed.

  • Check the home's exterior for leaks, damage, or needed repairs. Report repairs needed
